The chapter accumulated the most points with 1st Place wins in the Food Drive and the Yard Games; 2nd place with their groups in Showtime and Lawn Displays; and a 3rd Place in the Parade.

Blackshirts shine in Homecoming win over Rutgers

OCTOBER 5, 2024

Nebraska's Blackshirt defense flexed its muscles by forcing two Rutgers turnovers while turning away countless threats deep in Husker territory to lead the Big Red to a 14-7 Homecoming victory over the Scarlet Knights on Saturday at Memorial Stadium.

20 Huskers named 2024 homecoming royalty finalists

September 24, 2024

Twenty senior students have been selected as University of Nebraska–Lincoln homecoming royalty finalists.

The royalty winners will be elected by the student body in an online vote Oct. 2 and 3. They will be crowned Oct. 5 at halftime of the Nebraska vs. Rutgers football game, which kicks off at 3 p.m. in Memorial Stadium.

Swanson, homecoming team craft events for all Huskers

Since taking on leadership of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s annual fall celebration in February, Swanson and the homecoming committee have worked to create a slate of events that offers something for every Husker.
